A Cold Grey Day

Hello friends! Today was an extremely cold, grey, and windy day. My morning classes were cancelled, so I spent the day driving around, fixing up this blog (I added buttons! << over there), catching up on TV shows, and thinking about all the homework I could be doing. Do any of you watch Girls (sidenote, YAY on the Golden Globe wins)? I just watched the season premiere and I was so excited to see Donald Glover! Community is another one of my favourite shows :) So many great TV shows are starting up again this month and next! Which will be such a perfect distraction from the piles of homework I'll be receiving hahaha. What shows are you guys looking forward to?




These pictures were taken at the halfway point of the aimless drive I went on earlier today. I stopped in Gros Cap, a little township on the outskirts of our city. It's so nice there on a normal day, but the water made things just a TINY BIT too chilly. I look sooo cold and rosy and windswept and poofy-haired, but of course I can't complain. It's due to my own faulty decision making. Kudos to those of you who take outfit pictures in the snow on a regular basis! You are brave souls.

    You look so so pretty (and cold bless ya!) but what wonderful photos. i am desperate for some real good snow, fingers crossed for this weekend as it is forecast to snow for 2 whole days! eek!! oh and i love the outfit, the prettiness of the dress with the tan boots looks perfect xxx

    You look great! I'm a sucker for lace lately so they top is awesome and I am a long time lover of floral patters = skirt also awesome!

    I've never heard of Girls before, what is it about? Is it similar to any other TV shows out there?

      Thank you so much! I am also a big fan of floral prints haha can't get enough of them :)

      I'm really awful at explaining things, but Girls is basically about four 20-something girls living in New York and getting into hilarious/ awkward/ relatable antics. I can't think of any other shows like it! It can get a little explicit at times, and it's also such a strange kind of humour. But myself and a few of my friends have really gotten into it lately!!
